With over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, I am a creative and innovative Merchandising Consultant with a strong design background. This unique combination allows me to offer a holistic view of business strategy, seamlessly integrating product understanding and merchandising to drive growth and streamline processes. I specialise in managing multi-channel strategies across clothing, footwear, and accessories, collaborating with Founders, CEOs, and Directors to define and implement effective business strategies.
At KITRI, I established their merchandising function, leading to a 43% sales increase in the first year by implementing strategies that improved intake margins and optimised product ranges. As Head of Merchandising and Production at Lyle & Scott, I oversaw a £60m business. Navigating the challenges of the global pandemic, I reduced stock holding by 29% and enhanced processes for better stock management and cash flow. I have also contributed to the success of other well-known brands, including HUSH, Phase Eight, Hobbs, Oasis, and Fortnum & Mason.
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for innovation and efficiency. My strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel help me interpret complex data and develop accurate and clear strategic plans. I believe in empowering and inspiring teams to achieve collaborative success and am committed to continuous improvement and adaptation in the fast-paced fashion industry.
I hold a BA(Hons) in Fashion Design from Kingston University and have showcased my design work at prestigious venues such as Sketch in London. Outside of my professional life, I advocate for more LGBTQ+ inclusivity and support for colleagues, particularly those who identify as transgender. I stay engaged with current trends through exhibitions, theatre, and markets.
